Job Description

Name of Authority: Geylang Methodist School (Secondary)
Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2026 to 31 Dec 2027
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
Mon-Thu: 6:30am – 3:30pm (inclusive of 1hr lunch break)
Friday: 6:30am – 3:00pm (inclusive of 1hr lunch break)
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
Requirements
Building Construction Authority (BCA) diploma, in Facilities Management-related discipline or Relevant and Equivalent qualification.
An effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
A meticulous individual who is able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
3 years of relevant work experience.

Supervise and manage daily operations on site.
Plan and organise manpower for operations.
Lead and mentor junior officers / staff.
