2nd Line IT Support Engineer (Contract)
Contract Length: 3 Months
Location: Basingstoke
On Site Requirements: Hybrid
Full time working Monday to Friday
You'll join a small, proactive team, so a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to build good customer relationships are essential. Occasional travel to client sites is required.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve support tickets via phone, email, remote tools and onsite visits
Maintain secure and compliant end‑user devices
Manage backups and monitoring tools
Onboard new customers
Deliver M365 modern workplace solutions (SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Defender, Entra ID)
Support infrastructure upgrades
Build and configure laptops/desktops
Create and maintain documentation
