This position requires proficiency in MIG welding and involves working with structural steel of up to 2 inches thick. The role is part of our newly created 2nd shift in response to increased business demands.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding on structural steel components.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate welding.
+ Collaborate effectively within a team of up to three people.
+ Maintain a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
+ Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the work environment.
