4th Class Operating Engineer (Pan Room Operator)

Job Summary

Windsor Salt’s Evaporation Facility in Windsor, Ontario has an opening for a Pan Room Operator (requiring 4th Class Operating Engineer qualification). This person will be responsible for operating the food grade evaporation operations and effectively communicating and problem‑solving with the team to ensure production is running efficiently. The successful candidate will be able to work a 12-hour continental shift schedule.

Additional Note

This position does not work in the powerhouse, but in the Pan Room of the salt evaporation operations. As a result, accumulating steam hours is not part of this position.
