Job Description
Modern Niagara seeks a dedicated 4th Class Power Engineer to ensure safe building operations in the Campbell River and Comox Valley areas. Your focus on boiler and steam systems will be crucial.
In this role, your responsibilities will predominantly involve maintaining and optimizing key mechanical systems within client facilities. With at least five years of experience in general building maintenance, you will inspect and troubleshoot systems to ensure uninterrupted operations. Communication will be vital for successful service delivery and enhancing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair HVAC and plumbing systems
• Perform routine evaluations of system performance
• Document deficiencies and propose improvements
• Supervise subcontractor activities in building services
