Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations across the restaurant and Playmakers. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, ensuring smooth service, solid team performance, and an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support front-line staff on the restaurant floor
• Coordinate daily operations in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager
• Handle cash, VLT machines, and verify cashouts
• Complete daily tracking and operational paperwork
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Assist with serving, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness
• All other duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures
