- The Technical Trainer will responsible to maintain compliance to all training requirements (being current on all training requirements and documenting them).
Primary Function Provides detailed technical and non-technical training and certification for Quality engineering, manufacturing specifications, and compliance.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities -Performs risk analysis, root cause analysis, and recommends changes to department procedures.
-Maintains complete training matrix to identify training gaps and areas of non-compliance.
-Develops and delivers training material to Manufacturing personnel and Production Floor Trainers in a clear and concise manner.
-Reviews and recommends procedural changes and ensures all attendees have a complete understanding of update.
-Displays a professional manner when training personnel.
-Schedules courses based on operating needs and Training Manager's requirements.
