In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via email, chat, and phone. Your day will be all about creating smooth and positive customer experiences, answering questions clearly, and making sure every customer feels supported.
You will also get to learn the brand, products, and industry in detail so you can provide accurate and helpful information. Advanced English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Good typing and computer skills, including MS Office.
Experience with CRM systems.
