Job Description
Take charge of communications as a Claims Administrator at Accomsure, working out of hours from 1:30pm to 10pm MT. Focus on exceptional customer service and financial task management to better assist clients in need.
In this role, you will manage email communications and address urgent claims issues promptly. Your focus on client satisfaction will involve courtesy calls and follow-ups to ensure feedback is collected. Additionally, you will engage in vendor negotiations and financial reconciliations to support accommodations and client needs effectively.
