Job Description

  • Assist in handling a portfolio of clients and support their accounting and tax compliance needs under the guidance of senior team members
  • Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and maintain proper accounting records using accounting software
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as other management reports
  • Assist in preparing SST reports and support timely SST submissions for clients
  • Check and organise clients’ accounting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Support the team in administrative and accounting-related tasks
  • Communicate with clients to obtain necessary documents and information
  • Learn and apply accounting, tax, and business knowledge through on-the-job training and guidance
  • Work closely with senior team members to improve processes and maintain quality of work
