Job Description
- Assist in handling a portfolio of clients and support their accounting and tax compliance needs under the guidance of senior team members
- Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and maintain proper accounting records using accounting software
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as other management reports
- Assist in preparing SST reports and support timely SST submissions for clients
- Check and organise clients’ accounting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Support the team in administrative and accounting-related tasks
- Communicate with clients to obtain necessary documents and information
- Learn and apply accounting, tax, and business knowledge through on-the-job training and guidance
