  • Focusing on Account Payable (AP)
  • Keeps proper records of all transactions
  • Prepare monthly outstanding report for update payment status
  • Carry out the proper filing of all documents
  • Assistant on Account Receivable (AR) when necessary
  • Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience in similar field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications and Autocount preferably
  • Able to work independently, well organized, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
  • Able to start work immediately
