THE POSITION: Account Executive / Manager

Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Account Executive / Manager to join the Eatigo Team. Reporting to the Country Lead, this role will be responsible for managing revenue growth percent and churn rate for merchant accounts. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and have a strong track record of execution and be able to work well independently as well as in a team.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with existing merchants to optimize their profiles, increase performance, and up‑selling services
• Support countries growth through optimization of restaurants’ performance
• Review merchant performance analysis on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
