Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Deposit Compliance Remediation, Small Business Banking, the Account Specialist will support Small Business Banking operations by conducting account reviews, updating missing or required customer information, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role is part of a back-office operations team within a leading financial services client and focuses on delivering a high-quality customer and partner experience.
