Responsibilities
  • Familiar with MYOB / Financio account software.
  • Prepare AP/AR Aging fortnightly.
  • Prepare staff's salary & claims.
  • Prepare Fixed assets schedule.
  • Manage & Record day-to-day daily financial transaction.
  • Prepare supplier's payment according to payment terms.
  • Provide regular updates to management on financial performance.
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identity any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheet , income statement and cash flow statement.
  • Prepare statutory filling for GST, submit IR21 & IR8A.
  • Work with auditors/ tax agents to ensure a smooth audit process & tax filing.
