Job Purpose: Supporting the Account Manager managing day-to-day customer accounts in a ‘customer intimate’ environment. This role will be responsible for reviewing and processing customer purchase orders, maintaining customer orders during the duration of the contract, inputting into production schedules, managing returned material for repair under the RMA process and supporting the Account Manager in their role managing day-to-day priorities.

Main Duties:

  • Contract review of incoming orders: load new customer Purchase Orders onto scheduling document and check all details are accurate and correct.
  • Loading and maintaining production works orders: manage works order start dates to meet the required build start date to ensure on time delivery is met.
