Our client, a leading customer communications company, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team of customer-focused solutions providers.

As an Account Manager, you will be leading a small team of internal Account Executives as part of the wider Customer Service department. Ensuring all customers receive the best possible customer experience whilst supporting and managing a busy team.

Main Duties:

  • Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered at all times across your team
  • Ensure scheduled reports and tasks are completed in full and on time for your team
  • Work with the Senior Account Managers to support colleagues and delegate tasks across the team where relevant
  • Point of escalation for customer complaints
