Job Description

For this role, you will be in charge of financial accounting, including month end reporting and analysis.

Key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
  • In charge of Financial Accounting and overall financial book closing
  • Approval of invoices in the accounting system after users’ verification
  • Accrual of monthly expenses
  • Payment processing
  • Intercompany Billing
  • Month end financial reporting pack for management, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reporting and analysis
  • Preparation of monthly financial schedules
  • Preparation of half yearly audit requirements, including audit schedules and liaising with external auditors
  • Admin related work of the Finance department
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned
