Job Summary:

Prepares financial statements, ledgers, and taxes for general accounting principles and reporting.


Responsibilities:

  • Computes and prepares data for journal entries, reviews general ledger and related financial statements for reasonableness.
  • Accumulates and analyzes information for the preparation of financial statements, ledgers, reports and taxes.
  • Assists in preparing financial reports for both inside and outside the company.
  • Prepares timely reports and communication with functional areas.
  • Trains other employees both within and outside the department.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle) is preferred
