Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Encode sales, expenses, vouchers and basic bookkeeping
  • Monitor inventory (in and out, monthly counts, reconciliation)
  • Assists in accounts receivable and payable
  • Prepare Documents (OR, DR, SOA, invoices)
  • Manage petty cash, bank deposits and admin supports
  • Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers and clients

Qualifications

  1. Graduate of Accounting/Finance/Business
  2. With or without experience/Training Provided
  3. Strong in Excel/Google Sheets
  4. Organized, trustworthy and detail oriented
