Position Scope

The Accounting Administrator will support the Accounting and HR Manager in delivering accurate financial reporting and day-to-day administrative support across both accounting and human resources functions. This role will play a key part in maintaining financial records, supporting payroll processes, and ensuring HR operations run efficiently. The successful candidate will balance both accounting and HR-related responsibilities, contributing to overall operational effectiveness, compliance, and accuracy across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support with daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable as required
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies
  • Process payroll and support the administration of employee records, job descriptions, and benefits programs
