Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable invoices and maintain vendor records
  • Support accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment application
  • Assist with order desk, system entry, payroll, and month‑end activities
  • Maintain and organize the office filing system
  • Provide front‑office support for customers, vendors, and delivery personnel
  • Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support, with emphasis on accounts payable
  • Knowledge of accounting and payroll systems
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear communication and ability to work independently while collaborating with Finance and Office Manager
