Job Description
Position Objective
Ensure the timely and accurate recording, analysis, and control of the company’s accounting information, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and proper organization within accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and analyze accounting transactions related to revenue, costs, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Prepare and analyze bank reconciliations.
- Perform analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Manage and follow up on processes related to RADIAN.
- Administer invoice acknowledgements and supporting accounting documentation.
- Record and control provisions, amortizations, and accounting adjustments.
- Support billing and invoicing processes.
- Assist with monthly accounting close activities.
- Organize, safeguard, and keep accounting supporting documentation up to date.
