A. Tax Monitoring and Compliance

  • Ensure filing and payment of all taxes (annual income tax, property tax, withholding tax, percentage tax, value-added tax, capital gains tax)
  • Participate in all tax reconciliations and balances

B. Accounting and Treasury Functions

  • Prepare and monitor financial statements, including cash flow, monthly income statement, and comparative income statement
  • Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, ensuring verification and reconciliation
  • Develop systems for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts and defining bookkeeping policies and procedures
  • Ensure P&L transactions are supported by adequate documentation and free from deviations
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations accurately within deadlines, following up on unusual items
