  • Support duties related to AP and AR functions.
  • Responsible for the daily accounting tasks which include posting financial transactions to the accounting system.
  • Process payments and reconcile invoices received with departmental billings.
  • Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold.
  • Prepare bank deposits and track payments.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
  • With at least 2 year of experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable.
  • Knowledgeable in accounting principles and practices.
  • Detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a high level of integrity
