Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reports.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate honesty and accountability in all tasks.
  • Committed to doing the job right, even under pressure.
