Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate honesty and accountability in all tasks.
- Committed to doing the job right, even under pressure.
