Responsibilities

  • Process complete accounts payable including coding and posting invoices
  • Conduct regular reconciliations to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate vendor and customer accounts
  • Aid in month-end and year-end GL closings
  • Support audit processes and documentation organization

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-4 years of accounts payable experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting transactions and reporting
  • Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
