Responsibilities
- Process complete accounts payable including coding and posting invoices
- Conduct regular reconciliations to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate vendor and customer accounts
- Aid in month-end and year-end GL closings
- Support audit processes and documentation organization
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 years of accounts payable experience
- Strong understanding of accounting transactions and reporting
- Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
