Job Description
- 1. Keep client's books in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- 2. Manage month-end closes
- 3. Assist with payroll and other related tasks such as quarterly and annual payroll tax filings
- 4. Supervise a team of remote staff
- 5. Review work prepared by other team members
- 6. Calls with internal and external customers
- 7. Work on special projects and other duties as assigned
- 8. Prepare policies and procedures and training materials for clients and staff
- 9. Support the Firm by managing administrative functions including general email correspondences and memos, interfacing with clients, scheduling meetings, and staffing
- 10. Be well versed with QuickBooks Online and participate in trainings offered by Intuit
