Duties and Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on department performance.
  • Ensure timely completion of departmental tasks and projects.
  • Implement time management strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the work of Receivable and Payable Officers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and approve invoices, payments, and receivables.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and payment of payables.

Team Management and Development

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the department team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage staff development.
