Accounting operations specialist

About the Role:
Zywave is seeking an Accounting Operations Specialist that can adhere to processes while looking for ways to improve efficiencies. In this position, you will specialize in a variety of accounting functions including Order Validation, Order Processing and preparing monthly reports. You will interact with internal teams on a regular basis.
What will you do:
- Process Salesforce orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring proper revenue recognition and invoicing
- Complete customer product activations in alignment with contractual terms and timelines
- Maintain data integrity across internal systems through thorough order validation and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Rev Ops) to support the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process
- Monitor order queues and resolve discrepancies to prevent delays in billing or activation
