The Team Leader is responsible in managing end-to-end accounting operations, including month-end close, AP/AR, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with US GAAP. The role partners with leadership and oversees a small team while remaining hands-on in execution.
- Supervises and reviews the work of a Senior Accountant while managing individual deliverables
- Owns and manages the full monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable, including onboarding and managing vendors and customers
- Maintains a clean, audit-ready US GAAP ledger and supporting schedules
- Prepares monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and board/investor reporting packages
