We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the Finance and Admin (F&A) team with day-to-day accounting operations. This role involves a variety of tasks across accounting functions, requiring good organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Cash Book & Bank Reconciliation : Maintain and update cash book daily reconcile with bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Accounts Receivable (AR) : Update AR Aging Report prepare and issue monthly SOAs coordinate monthly AR meetings and follow-up. Accounts Payable (AP) : Verify supplier invoices and payment vouchers with supporting documents. Invoicing & Notes : Upload invoices and credit/debit notes to the accounting system prepare DN/CN and intercompany billing. Petty Cash : Manage petty cash disbursements, documentation, and weekly reconciliation. GST Filing : Assist in GST preparation and ensure complianc...
