We are representing our client, a Hong Kong listed company in the agricultural business, to look for an Accounts & Admin Executive to provide support for the regional and local Accounting teams and handle general office administrative work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accounting Co-ordination: Track and coordinate financial transactions and reports to support regional and local accounting teams.
  • Accounting Documentation: Prepare and file financial documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and records. Ensure the office environment is tidy and functional.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
