Responsibilities

  • Handle the full set of accounts , ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing , accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all records are up to date.
  • Prepare timely financial reports, monthly management accounts, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure all statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, and EIS) are calculated and submitted correctly.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents and correspondence.
  • Assist in year-end audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors when necessary.
  • Monitor company cash flow and assist in basic budget tracking.
