Responsibilities
- Handle the full set of accounts , ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing , accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all records are up to date.
- Prepare timely financial reports, monthly management accounts, and payroll processing.
- Ensure all statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, and EIS) are calculated and submitted correctly.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents and correspondence.
- Assist in year-end audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors when necessary.
- Monitor company cash flow and assist in basic budget tracking.
