Duties & Responsibilities
To handle, maintain full spectrum of Accounts and process including statutory requirement
Prepare monthly Payroll and IR8A, etc.
Provide administration support, procurement, office maintenance, budgetary control, fixed asset management, company vehicles, etc.
Assist and ensure timely accurate month, quarterly and financial year closing
Prepare and maintain accounting journals, audits schedules and reconciliations, financial statements and management reports, annual budget, rolling forecast for Profit & Loss, etc.
Prepare, analyses and communicate Project Costing, Actuals vs Budget variance, etc.
Preparation and submission of GST, Corporate Tax Returns, Withholding Tax and Tax Computation, etc.
Responds to inquiry, survey, liaison with auditors, bankers tax agents and various governmental department...
