Duties & Responsibilities

  • To handle, maintain full spectrum of Accounts and process including statutory requirement

  • Prepare monthly Payroll and IR8A, etc.

  • Provide administration support, procurement, office maintenance, budgetary control, fixed asset management, company vehicles, etc.

  • Assist and ensure timely accurate month, quarterly and financial year closing

  • Prepare and maintain accounting journals, audits schedules and reconciliations, financial statements and management reports, annual budget, rolling forecast for Profit & Loss, etc.

  • Prepare, analyses and communicate Project Costing, Actuals vs Budget variance, etc.

  • Preparation and submission of GST, Corporate Tax Returns, Withholding Tax and Tax Computation, etc.

  • Responds to inquiry, survey, liaison with auditors, bankers tax agents and various governmental department...
