- Update accounting entries in accounting software (Xero)
- Maintain organized accounting files and records
- Preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase records
- Monitoring project expenses and supplier payments
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Coordinating with project/site teams on claims and costing
- Track subcontractor claims and payment schedules
- Ensure compliance with company SOP and accounting procedures
- Support management with financial reports and analysis
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Management when required.
- Minimum Diploma / LCCI / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
