Job Description
  • Update accounting entries in accounting software (Xero)
  • Maintain organized accounting files and records
  • Preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase records
  • Monitoring project expenses and supplier payments
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain petty cash and expense records
  • Coordinating with project/site teams on claims and costing
  • Track subcontractor claims and payment schedules
  • Ensure compliance with company SOP and accounting procedures
  • Support management with financial reports and analysis
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Management when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma / LCCI / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
