  • AR & AP functions
  • Maintain petty cash
  • Handling all kind of foreign workersissues
  • Application, renewal, cancellation of WorkPass
  • Daily attendance and OT report
  • Update & maintain all the staff record, eg. leave, medical claims, training etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Min 2 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English & Mandrian, able to communicate with various of Government agencies.
  • Knowledge of MOM/IRAS regulations and rules.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel/Word.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
Other Requirements (Optional)
  • Experience in SME / Construction /Engineering industry preferred
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
