- AR & AP functions
- Maintain petty cash
- Handling all kind of foreign workersissues
- Application, renewal, cancellation of WorkPass
- Daily attendance and OT report
- Update & maintain all the staff record, eg. leave, medical claims, training etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
- Min 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English & Mandrian, able to communicate with various of Government agencies.
- Knowledge of MOM/IRAS regulations and rules.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in SME / Construction /Engineering industry preferred
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
