Position Description 
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:

  • Process invoices on a daily basis 
  • Create and manage purchase orders
  • Reconciliations
  • Prepare weekly reports
  • Analyse variances between weekly forecast and results
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Update rate cards to reflect current rates
  • Support relevant end of month activities 
  • Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required
