Accounts Payable Assistant Responsibilities:

• Processing vendor requests for payment
• Maintain supplier files and records
• Posting invoices, supplier statement reconciliations and clean up
• Address and respond to a range of vendor queriesRun routine reports and carries out all necessary reconciliation activity according to standard process
• Any other duties outlined on the job description
