Acting Support Coordinator - Longreach

About the role

As a Support Coordinator you will work closely with participants to navigate the NDIS and interpret their individual packages; it is your role to ensure they are getting the most out of their NDIS plans. Based in Longreach, this is an acting position providing leave coverage from 22 July 2026 until 28 September 2026 in a casual capacity.

The key responsibilities of a Support Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

• supporting and empowering participants to make their own choices as to how they want to lead their lives
• coordinating a variety of services for participants to support them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives within the community
• engage with and managing participants key stakeholders (including government agencies, community and clinical service providers and families), you will ensure that the supports and services are leveraged, not duplicated
