Flexsource is currently recruiting for a number of Activation agents for our Client based in Cork.
As a Activation Agent, you’ll play a key role in driving business, engaging with customers face-to-face, and ensuring a smooth journey from first contact through to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with Current residential and business customers.Present New Upgrade of tailored broadband and telecom solutions.Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless onboarding.Consistently achieve targets and KPIs.Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.Candidate Profile:
