  • Overseeing certification processes (internal and client-driven)
  • Ensuring high-quality facilitation standards across programs


3. Quality Assurance & Calibration Expertise

  • QA frameworks, scorecards, and audit processes
  • Calibration facilitation and variance management
  • Monitoring consistency between QA/trainers and business standards
  • Conducting audits and ensuring compliance to SOPs
