Job Description

Descriptions Paper works for tenancy agreement & renewal application. Catalog and keep records of all necessary information, documents, etc. Maintain all tenants' database, rent rolls, tenancy schedules, lease documentation status, inventory of keys for vacant properties. Assist in stamping of tenancy agreements and other contracts. Liaise with tenants on issuance and return of documents. Coordinate with Operations Executive to track renewal of all authorities' licenses including lift Permit To Operate, Fire Cert, EMA licenses etc, for all properties. Attend phone enquiries. Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements Able to work independently Basic Microsoft Office Skills Good organization and administrative skills
