Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including team and client sessions arrange meeting rooms, video conferencing, and necessary resources send invitations, agendas, and reminders record meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Support event planning by creating event timelines, preparing and sending RSVP forms, consolidating guest lists, sending reminders, and managing guest details including flight information, hotel check-in/out dates, transportation, and personal particulars
Maintain and organize the marketing team's calendars, ensuring appointments and deadlines are met
