About the Role We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative operations. Responsibilities Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry and documentation Manage correspondence via email, phone and WhatsApp Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments Maintain and update records and databases Coordinate with internal departments on administrative matters Assist with administrative tasks when required Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates) Organized, meticulous and able to multitask Prior admin experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome to apply
