Job Responsibilities
- Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices or reports
- Writing and editing letters, reports and instructional documents
- Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Performing data entry and analysis
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Processing reports – staff attendance, staff claim & etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Management, or related field
- 0–2 years of administrative or clerical experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in handling office coordination, filing, and scheduling is an advantage
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus
- Familiarity with data entry, reporting, and office systems
