Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices or reports
  • Writing and editing letters, reports and instructional documents
  • Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
  • Performing data entry and analysis
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Processing reports – staff attendance, staff claim & etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Management, or related field
  • 0–2 years of administrative or clerical experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in handling office coordination, filing, and scheduling is an advantage
  • Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with data entry, reporting, and office systems
