Job Description
He/She is responsible for assisting in the organization, and administration of all operational aspects for the F&B Department. He/She handles daily administrative duties for F&B Division, oversees daily office operations and ensures effective communication in the F&B Department.
- Handle all administrative works in the F&Bdepartment
- Handles clerical works for the F&B Director
- Keep tracks of all documents and requests for proper proccessing and filing
- Implements daily, weekly, and monthly checklist for all F&B departments. Ensures proper follow-up to attain maximum quality and efficiency
- Coordinates the activities of Supervisors/Captains/Waiters/Hostess and Bartenders to ensure that the F&B outlets operate smoothly and efficiently
- Manage office consumables and storeage layout, suggest improvements, implement changes as needed or directed.
