I’m currently supporting an exciting international biotech/pharmaceutical company with the search for an Administrative Assistant to join their team based in Madrid.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career looking to gain further exposure within a global life sciences environment, supporting both Medical Affairs and Commercial teams.
Location: Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
The role will involve:
✔ Calendar and meeting coordination
✔ Travel and expense management
✔ Supporting MSL and Sales teams
✔ Office coordination and administration
✔ Presentation/document preparation
✔ Liaising with HR, IT and Finance teams
✔ CRM and reporting support
