Job Description
- Handle administrative support role in a technical or engineering environment.
- Manage daily administrative activities including document preparation, arrange logistical support and report generation.
- Coordinate various stakeholders to support team non-technical operations effectively.
- Maintain records and assist with procurement processes to ensure timely process of calibration & repair jobs.
- Facilitate communication within the division and with external vendors, maintaining professional and courteous interactions at all times.
- Support compliance with company policies and quality standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the division.
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint) and record-keeping systems.
