What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Diploma in a related field
  • At least 2 years of admin related experience
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (there will be daily liaison with Mandarin speaking clients)
  • Willing and able to work onsite in the office
  • Singaporeans only
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure all daily business operations are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business documents, including preparation, formatting, proofreading, and timely submissions.
