Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for Adult Educators (AEs) and learners across all WSQ programmes.

  • Manage service requests, including withdrawals, training or assessment rescheduling, reassessments, and deferments.

  • Verify learner attendance records, review past module results, and process approvals of current module results within the training management system.

  • Respond to and resolve enquiries received through the Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) within the stipulated service timeline.

  • Ensure learner enrolment and attendance records are accurately captured and updated in a timely manner.

  • Perform other ad hoc duties related to training administration as assigned.
